Jon just wants to build better buildings for NZ. He’s acutely aware of the struggles the country is facing at finding affordable, warm, dry housing and has seen the impacts on the health of NZ. Jon is the head of research and development at Oculus coordinating guidance documents, studies, tests and occasionally burning something or blowing it up.

With over 30 years corporate and business ownership experience, Katheren has developed a strong array of leadership, sales, people development, strategy and governance expertise.
She is currently the Chief Executive of Asthma NZ and Director of the Performance Improvement Company TrainingPlus. She has local and international corporate experience, and sits on several not-for-profit boards.
Katheren has also been involved in the fitness industry for over 3 decades. Much of what she has learnt about human performance, endurance and mental resilience has come from her involvement as an athlete and coach.
